At-Home Sessions
For the sentimentalist who values quality time and the beauty in the everyday moments. We’ll plan the perfect session to showcase your family through fun, backyard play or maybe a cozy day inside reading books.
At-Home sessions are a great way to capture the love you all share, like your goofy inside jokes, precious toddler smiles, or the miracle of new life. We’ll make the most of our time together for a fun, low-stress space where you make memories with your loved ones—no need to ‘smile perfectly’ or pose a certain way. I aim for stress-free, moment-led sessions where your family's narrative is told timelessly and intimately in the safe, warm spaces of your home or the magical corners of your backyard.
Rather spend your time together out on location? No problem! We’ll meet up at your favorite place - or the one you’ve been wanting to visit - and make the memories there. Let your favorite activities or places spark your imagination and set the stage for meaningful moments we can make last a lifetime (think: a visit the park down the road, the ice cream shop in town, or splash in the lake) .
Step One
We’ll get to know one another a little bit - learning about you and your family helps me to understand how I can best serve you. We can chat over the phone or set-up a zoom call so you can see I’m a real person, a fellow mom, a trust worthy friend, and approachable professional.
This is where we’ll also go through what the session is like with me, what the creative options are, pricing and payment schedule, and the booking process.
Step Two
Once you’re booked with me, we’ll make and finalize all the details of when, how, and what-if’s. We’ll discuss outfits, possible locations, who will be there, and the photo combinations you are expecting to have.
Here is where we dig deep into the why and how of your sessions - what are the upcoming milestones or life events or seasons that are sure to mean the most to you and require documentation. We’ll draw inspiration from your everyday life, family outings, Pinterest, your favorite movie, a song - whatever embodies the spirit of your family in the current season and the ones to come
Step Three
Session day comes and we execute our well-laid plans with as much excitement and flexibility as we know as moms is a necessity. This is the time to relax into the process we’ve talked through and enjoy your loved ones for memorable pictures to last a lifetime.
Step Four
After we part ways, I’ll get to work selecting the best images from our session and putting them through my editing process. When they’re ready for delivery, you’ll receive an excited text or email (sometimes both!) to let you know they’re ready for viewing.
You’ll receive all the best images for prints, albums, Christmas gifts - however you choose to enjoy your images and a great big thank you from me for your trust and hope in the process.
